At imec, Peter helps shape the technologies that can support the next generation of health innovation: advanced sensing, chip-based systems, diagnostics, biological measurement tools and AI-enabled life sciences applications. His work is rooted in a clear challenge: if we want better AI models, better medicines and better healthcare decisions, we first need better ways to measure the body and understand biological data.
