Nathalie Van Bruaene is Senior Investment Manager at PMV, Life Sciences & Care group, with particular focus on digital health and medtech investments. Innovation has been the constant and driving force throughout her career: from embryology in a fertility lab and leading a flow cytometry laboratory, to supporting clinical trials and cell analysis in a CRO environment. At Anacura, she helped build a new analytical-services unit for cell and gene therapy and led innovation projects, including biomarker algorithms for prevention. Nathalie holds a PhD in Cell Biology and a Master’s degree in Bio-engineering – Cell and Gene Technology from Ghent University. After completing the MBA Highlights programme at Solvay Business School, she transitioned to the investor side, joining PMV to support and invest in innovative Life Sciences & Care companies. She serves on the boards of Aspect Analytics, Clouds of Care and Minze Health.
