Olivier Taelman is CEO of Nyxoah, the Belgian medtech company behind Genio, an implantable neurostimulation therapy for obstructive sleep apnea.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in neuromodulation and has held leadership positions at companies including Medtronic, Stryker NeuroVascular and Nevro. Under his leadership, Nyxoah grew from a private medtech company to a publicly listed company on both Euronext Brussels and Nasdaq, and received FDA approval for Genio in 2025.
